Customers authorize King Gallery Furniture and its delivery partners to leave merchandise at the delivery address provided, whether or not someone is present. Once delivery is completed and documented, responsibility for the merchandise transfers to the customer.

Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or missing parts within 48 hours. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring purchased furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators.

Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within the designated timeframe outlined in our Full Return Policy by contacting shop@kinggalleryfurniture.com with their order number, photos, and reason for the request.

To qualify, items must be unused, unassembled, in like-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.

Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs. Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, outbound shipping deductions, and other applicable charges.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within the timeframe outlined in our Full Return Policy and accompanied by photos and/or videos.

Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased furniture will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and intended spaces prior to purchase.
