Shipping & Delivery Policy

At King Gallery Furniture, we strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery services for all furniture purchases. Please review the following shipping and delivery terms.

1. Delivery Availability

We currently offer delivery throughout Texas and can arrange delivery to most locations within the continental United States.

Delivery availability and pricing may vary based on location, accessibility, inventory availability, and shipping carrier restrictions.

For locations outside our standard service areas, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Major Texas Markets

Customers located in the following metropolitan areas can generally expect delivery within 1–10 business days after purchase:

  • Houston

  • Austin

  • San Antonio

  • Dallas-Fort Worth

Other Texas Locations

Customers located outside the major metropolitan areas may experience delivery times of 3–15 business days depending on location and delivery route availability.

Out-of-State Deliveries

Customers located outside the State of Texas can generally expect delivery within 8–20 business days after purchase.

All delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Inventory availability

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Freight carrier schedules

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Labor shortages

  • Acts of God

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, return, exchange, store credit, or chargeback.

3. Delivery Process

Customers will be contacted when possible regarding delivery scheduling and updates.

King Gallery Furniture reserves the right to complete delivery by leaving merchandise at the delivery address provided by the customer, whether or not the customer is present at the time of delivery.

Deliveries may be left at:

  • Front door

  • Porch

  • Garage

  • Carport

  • Leasing office

  • Reception area

  • Mailroom

  • Other reasonably accessible location at the delivery address

Photos may be taken at the time of delivery as proof of successful delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that:

  • Doorways are large enough to accommodate purchased items

  • Hallways and stairwells are accessible

  • Elevators are available when necessary

  • Pathways are clear and safe

King Gallery Furniture is not responsible for furniture that cannot fit through entryways, stairwells, hallways, elevators, or into the customer's desired location.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on:

  • Distance

  • Order size

  • Number of items

  • Delivery location

  • Accessibility requirements

Any applicable delivery fees will be disclosed prior to order completion.

5. Delivery Authorization & Unattended Deliveries

By placing an order, customers authorize King Gallery Furniture and its delivery partners to leave merchandise at the delivery address provided, whether or not the customer is present at the time of delivery.

Once merchandise has been delivered to the delivery address and documented by King Gallery Furniture, its employees, contractors, or delivery partners, the order shall be considered successfully delivered and accepted.

Delivery confirmation may include:

  • Delivery photographs

  • GPS records

  • Carrier delivery scans

  • Delivery logs

  • Text message confirmations

  • Email notifications

  • Other delivery documentation

Customers assume all responsibility for merchandise after delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Theft

  • Weather damage

  • Vandalism

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Damage caused by animals

  • Damage occurring after delivery

King Gallery Furniture shall not be responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers should inspect all merchandise as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.

Any visible damage, defects, shortages, missing parts, or concerns must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after forty-eight (48) hours may be denied.

If merchandise is delivered without the customer present, delivery shall still constitute acceptance of the merchandise unless a qualifying claim is submitted within the required reporting period.

Acceptance of delivery constitutes acknowledgment that the merchandise was received in satisfactory condition unless documented otherwise within the applicable reporting period.

7. Risk of Loss

For delivered orders, responsibility for merchandise transfers to the customer immediately upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided.

For pickup orders, responsibility transfers to the customer immediately upon release of the merchandise from King Gallery Furniture.

King Gallery Furniture is not responsible for damage, theft, loss, weather exposure, vandalism, or other incidents occurring after delivery or pickup.

8. In-Store Pickup

Customers choosing pickup must schedule a pickup appointment.

Customers are responsible for providing a suitable vehicle and properly securing merchandise during transportation.

King Gallery Furniture is not responsible for damage occurring during loading, transportation, unloading, or installation after merchandise leaves our facility.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

King Gallery Furniture is not responsible for delays, additional fees, failed deliveries, storage charges, or other costs resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete delivery information, restricted access, or customer-provided errors.

Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery becomes necessary due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

10. Lead Times & Availability

All delivery dates, arrival dates, and lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

King Gallery Furniture shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, acts of God, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, return, exchange, store credit, refusal of delivery, or chargeback.
