Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: June 8, 2026
1) Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving their order.
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange request, customers must email shop@kinggalleryfurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and provide:
• Order number
• Full name
• Photos of the item
• Reason for the request
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery or pickup are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
2) Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:
• Item must be unused and in like-new condition.
• Item must not be assembled, modified, washed, damaged, stained, or altered.
• All original packaging, hardware, manuals, accessories, pillows, and components must be included.
• Customer must retain all original packaging materials.
• Return shipment must be initiated within the same 48-hour return window.
• Customer must provide valid tracking information for the return shipment.
• Item must be returned in resalable condition.
King Gallery Furniture reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
3) Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping, freight, handling, packaging, insurance, and transportation costs.
All return shipments must include valid tracking information.
Original delivery charges, shipping charges, assembly fees, white-glove service fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.
For orders that received free shipping or discounted shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by King Gallery Furniture may be deducted from the refund amount.
A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns unless otherwise required by law.
4) Refund Processing
Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may be reduced by:
• Return shipping costs
• Outbound shipping costs
• Applicable restocking fees
• Missing packaging
• Missing components
• Damage beyond normal inspection
Items returned in damaged, used, assembled, incomplete, or unsellable condition may be denied or subject to additional deductions.
5) Exchanges
Approved exchanges are limited to merchandise of equal or greater value.
Customers are responsible for any price difference, delivery fees, shipping fees, and applicable charges associated with the exchange.
6) Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify King Gallery Furniture within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery or pickup and provide clear photos and videos of the issue.
King Gallery Furniture reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, exchange, or refund defective merchandise at its sole discretion.
For approved manufacturer defects or transit-related damage claims, King Gallery Furniture may waive return shipping and restocking fees.
The following are not considered defects:
• Normal variations in fabric, stitching, wood grain, or texture
• Minor wrinkles from packaging
• Slight color differences between screens and actual products
• Natural material characteristics
• Normal wear and tear
7) Customer Measurement Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for confirming that purchased furniture will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, entryways, and intended rooms before purchasing.
Furniture that does not fit into a customer's home, apartment, building, room, elevator, doorway, stairwell, or other access point may be returned only if all return requirements in this policy are met. Delivery, return shipping, restocking, and related fees will still apply.
8) Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise upon delivery or pickup.
Visible damage should be documented immediately with photographs.
If another person accepts delivery on behalf of the customer, that person's inspection and acceptance shall be deemed the customer's inspection and acceptance.
For pickup orders, responsibility transfers to the customer once merchandise leaves the pickup location.
9) Delivery Refusal
Refusal of delivery does not automatically cancel an order.
Customers who refuse delivery remain responsible for all applicable delivery charges, return transportation costs, storage fees, restocking fees, and other related expenses.
Any approved refund resulting from a refused delivery will be subject to all deductions outlined in this policy.
10) Customer Unavailable for Delivery
Customers are responsible for being available during scheduled delivery windows.
If no authorized recipient is available, King Gallery Furniture may:
• Leave merchandise at the delivery location
• Reschedule delivery
• Return merchandise to a storage facility
Additional delivery, storage, handling, and redelivery fees may apply.
11) Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase unless the order has already been processed, prepared, loaded, shipped, assigned to a delivery route, or designated as a special-order item.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to applicable fees and deductions.
Special-order, custom-order, clearance, floor-model, and final-sale merchandise cannot be canceled once ordered.
12) Delivery Dates & Lead Times
All delivery dates, pickup dates, and lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
King Gallery Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, weather, labor shortages, inventory shortages, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds, compensation, discounts, or reimbursement.
13) Financing Disclaimer
Financing arrangements through Acima, Shop Pay Installments, Progressive Leasing, Synchrony Bank, Affirm, or any other financing provider are separate agreements between the customer and the financing provider.
Approval decisions, payment schedules, fees, financing terms, and financing disputes must be handled directly with the financing provider.
