1) All Sales Final (No Refunds)
All purchases with King Gallery Furniture are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, sizing/fit issues, color variance between screens and real life, or delays outside of our control.
2) Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)
We will exchange an item only if it arrives damaged and only for the same model/SKU, color, and configuration originally purchased.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the damage and of the packaging (inside and outside).
- Keep all original packaging and components until your exchange is approved and scheduled.
- Damage must be manufacturer or transit-related.Normal variations in fabric, stitching, or texture; slight color differences; minor wrinkles from packaging; or wear from use are not considered damage.
Process
- Email/text us at [your contact] with your order number, delivery/pickup date, and photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond with next steps. If approved, we will schedule an exchange for the same item.
- If the identical item is temporarily out of stock, we will reorder the same SKU and provide an estimated timeframe.
Note: Exchanges are available only for the same item; substitutions, upgrades, downgrades, store credit, or refunds are not available.
3) Inspection at Delivery/Pickup
Please inspect your furniture at delivery or pickup:
- Before signing/accepting, note any visible damage with the driver and take photos.
- If you are not personally present, your designated recipient’s inspection/signature counts as yours.
- For pickup orders, confirm condition before loading; once accepted, transit damage becomes your responsibility.
4) Cancellations
- You may cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Cancellation requests within 72 hours of the appointment are not permitted under this policy.

5) Non-Eligible Situations
Exchanges will not be approved for:
- Buyer’s remorse, fit/size issues, décor changes, or delayed use.
- Slight color/texture variations or natural characteristics of materials.
- Damage after delivery/acceptance, improper assembly, misuse, pet or liquid damage, odors, or modifications.
- Missing original packaging or components when required for exchange.
6) Order Details, Lead Times & Availability
Estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy and may vary. If an exchange is approved and the identical item is back-ordered, we will fulfill the same item when it becomes available.
7) Warranties
Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply as provided by the manufacturer. King Gallery Furniture does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.
